The 5HZ-1160 peanut picking machine produced by our company is mobile, which can move the working position at any time, convenient and fast, and solves the process of manual loading and unloading, saving time and improving efficiency.
This machine is a semi-automatic peanut picking machine, after artificial feeding, it can pick peanut , screening, peanut, peanut vine separation, absorption of sundry, bagging and other functions, the machine with small power, ordinary walking tractor can be used, picking peanut 1-2 mu per hour, suitable for families and individuals.
1. The machine adopts transmission feeding hopper and anti-collapse protective cover, which reduces the working intensity of feeding personnel, avoids the damage caused by collapsing peanuts, and keeps the surrounding of the machine clean.
2. The machine adopts spiral double-agitator to pick peanut
structure, and is equipped with a peanut vine turning device, which solves the problem of half-dry and half-wet peanut without spits out, congestion and holding machine so that the peanut vine discharge can reduce the working resistance smoothly, improve the efficiency, and truly achieve the effect of both dry and wet, peanut shell and Peanut kernels without breakage.The machine can make feeding, picking and peanut vine of peanuts run smoothly, so it is more convenient to separate peanut and peanut vine , reduce energy consumption and improve picking net rate
3. The machine adopts the air suction separation fan, which can adjust the distance between the air suction tuyere and the screen, and adjust the speed of the tractor engine, so as to get the uniform and stable wind force, and more effectively remove the sundry in the fruit.(Note: too much wind can easily blow into the peanut vine, and the wind is not enough to absorb impurities.)
4. Bearing hanging rocker type screen is adopted. The screen hole is selected with reasonable size according to the diameter of the peel
5. The peanut net can be adjusted up and down, which can be adjusted according to different circumstances to improve the picking net rate more effectively
