Introduction

Maintenance:
1. Before the whole machine is used, the gear box should be filled with gear oil, and each lubricating place should be filled with butter.
2. There is a grease nipple on the ten-byte, which should be filled with butter to lubricate the needle roller bearing in the ten-byte.
3. Lift the main unit, leave the ground 10-15cm and idle for 2-3 minutes to check whether there is any abnormal sound.
4. After the machine is repaired, it must be cleaned and run-in.
5. After the operation, clean up the soil and sundries on the cutter roller.
6. Check whether the bolts of each part are loose and fasten them in time for each shift.
7. Check the lubricating oil condition every 2-3 shifts and add lubricating oil in time.
8. The lubricating oil should be replaced every farming season, and grease should be added.
9. After a working season, the equipment should be fully maintained:
a) Thoroughly remove oil from the lawn mower
b) Check the wear condition of the ten-byte needle roller, disassemble and clean it, apply butter and install it. If the ten bytes are excessively worn, they should be replaced.
c) Check the wear of the shaft end bearing of the cutter, clean and add enough butter, and replace the new oil seal if necessary.
d) Remove all blades for inspection, and those with serious wear and cracks must be replaced.
e) Trim the cover plate to restore it to its original state, if it cannot be repaired, it should be replaced.
f) If the lawnmower is parked for a long time, the lawnmower should be raised so that the tip of the blade is off the ground, the blade should be coated with waste oil to prevent rust, and the exposed splines should also be coated with oil to prevent rust.
