This peanut picker is used for picking peanut directly after the peanut harvested with seedlings, which can be used flexibly in the field, the threshing is clean, shell breakage rate is low, loss is small, dry and wet stems are available, working efficiency is high.
1.This machine can be operated by the belt with 8-15hp walking tractor or diesel engine, or matched with 5.5kw electrical motor, can control the speed of the machine to greatly reduce the peanut crushing rate.
2. The machine adopts spiral double-agitator to pick peanut,and is equipped with a peanut vine turning device which is suitable for separating half-dry and half-wet peanut seedlings.
3.The machine adopts the air suction separation fan, which can adjust the distance between the air suction tuyere and the screen, and adjust the speed of the engine, so as to get the uniform and stable wind force, and more effectively remove the sundry in the fruit. After drying, they can be stored in bags directly.
4. Bearing hanging rocker type screen is adopted. The screen hole can be selected according to different needs.
5. The height of peanut picking net can be adjusted to improve the picking rate more effectively.
6. The machine is equipped with a ground wheel, which can be moved at any time and is more convenient to use.
